KakiSplit is a tool to facilitate expense splitting but does not guarantee payment between users. We are not responsible for disputes or non-payment between participants.

KakiSplit facilitates payment coordination through PayNow QR codes and payment tracking. We do not process payments directly. All payments are made directly between users. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or financial losses.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KakiSplit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

KakiSplit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or disputes between users.
